Zizobet review, read through its licence and its terms

Santeda International B.V. runs Zizobet, per its footer. Its terms process withdrawals within 3 banking days, from a 10€ minimum. Certified ID is due within 28 days of a demand.

Identity is where the terms bite. Miss that deadline and the refund policy cancels all funds in the account, with no appeal.

An overseas licence is not permission to offer gambling in Great Britain. It does not guarantee a payout.

  • Rolletto
  • CosmoBet
  • VeloBet
  • Goldenbet

Zizobet’s footer cites a Curaçao licence.

It gives no date for that mechanism. The change “does not affect the validity of existing licenses”, it says, and further information is targeted for no later than 9 October 2026.

Who runs Zizobet, and under which licence?

Santeda International B.V. Zizobet’s footer calls the company the owner and operator of Zizobet.com, with a registered address given as Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N.

The registry row is sparse. It gives the company type, B2C, and 2 dates. No column names a brand or domain, so the link to Zizobet comes from the footer and the certificate page.

Payment agent and parent

Payments go via Cyprus. Santeda International Limited, of Limassol, “acts as a payment agent of the license holder and parent company”, the footer says. That parent is Santeda International BV.

The ordinance behind the licence

The LOK, Curaçao’s National Ordinance on Games of Chance, came into effect on 24 December 2024. With it, the old Gaming Control Board took the name CGA. The Curaçao licence hub covers the reform.

Does Zizobet’s seal match the Curaçao register?

Partly. Company and licence number match. Status and dates differ, and the method page sets out how each record is dated.

Side by side

  • Certificate page: Active, granted 14 August 2024.
  • Registry edition: Assessment in progress, beside the dates 24-Jun-25 and 24-Dec-25.
  • Footer: licence “issued on august 14, 2024”.

The status is common. Assessment in progress appears on 283 of the 666 rows in that edition, more than any other. The CGA adds that its overviews “do not guarantee the current validity of the licenses”.

What a certificate page should show

CGA policy names 3 things. The page behind a seal must show “the exact domain name being accessed, the licensed operator, and the operator’s current license status”. Zizobet’s page showed all 3: zizobet.com, Santeda International B.V. and the status Active.

For each check, see the licence seal guide. The Curaçao licence check lists the steps that still work.

How long does a Zizobet withdrawal take?

3 banking days. Clause 12.10 applies it to every withdrawal, bank transfers included, as a term of the contract, not a timed speed.

Identity checks can come before that clock starts:

  • Hold: the company may hold a withdrawal for as long as an identity check needs.
  • Script: documents in Latin or Cyrillic, or video verification on demand.
  • Verification time: “up to 48 hours after receiving the documentation”, per the KYC policy.
  • Certified identification: due within “(28) days” of the company’s demand, per the refund policy.
  • USD payouts: no bank transfer can be requested for them.

The 28-day clause

The downside is the penalty. Without the documents, “all the user funds will be canceled, while the account - closed”. The policy adds that this decision “is not subject to appeal”.

What limits apply to Zizobet deposits and cash-outs?

10€ for both. Clause 11.3 sets the deposit minimum and clause 12.1 the withdrawal minimum, each “10€ or an equivalent”.

Upper limits run by week, month and single win:

  • Weekly and monthly limits: 7,500 € and 15,000 €.
  • VIP caps: up to 15,000 € a week and 30,000 € a month.
  • Wins above 15,000 €: the company may split the payout into monthly instalments of up to 15,000 €.
  • Payment-system limits: a larger request is withdrawn in installments.
  • Intermediary bank charges: limited to the equivalent of EUR 16.

Single-win limit

Payment for any single bet or spin “shall be limited to and in no event shall exceed” one sum. That sum is “the amount of crypto currency equivalent to 100 000 (hundred thousand) EUR”.

Jackpots are exempt. Anything above the limit can be cut from the account, with only the limit paid.

Whose money can be paid in

Only the player’s own accounts. Under clause 11.2, a third-party payment costs the winnings, and the deposit returns to the account it came from.

Shared accounts fare worse. If 2 or more players share one payment account, clause 12.5 lets the company close every account and cancel winnings. Deposits come back minus a 20% settlement fee, or are seized after 7 days without a personal account.

How do wagering rules change what you can withdraw?

Deposits must be played first. Clause 11.4 sets a minimum of 1x, and the next clause, 11.5, sets 1x “with a coefficient of 1.3”.

Each rule below can shrink a withdrawal:

  • Under 1x: the company may deduct 20% from the requested withdrawal.
  • Under 3 times the last deposit: transaction costs for deposits and withdrawals may be charged.
  • Deposit-bonus winnings: capped at 10 times the deposit that activated the bonus, with any excess forfeited.
  • No-deposit bonuses and free spins: 100 EUR/USD at most from their winnings.

Refunds and closed accounts

Refunds and closures have their own terms:

  • Refund window: 14 days from the transaction, or 30 calendar days if someone else used the account.
  • Refund costs: on the player, and they may include a 20% administrative fee.
  • Deposits returned on termination: a 20% administrative fee may be charged.
  • Positive balance: clause 12.3 lets the company keep the account open so the funds can be withdrawn.

Which casinos share Zizobet’s operator?

At least 4 others. Rolletto, CosmoBet, VeloBet and Goldenbet name Santeda and its licence in footers and certificate pages, Rolletto’s certificate from 1 October 2026.

Identity deadlines across the 4

Zizobet’s 28 days is the outlier. Rolletto and VeloBet give 5 days in their refund policies, with the same cancellation wording. CosmoBet’s also gives 5 days but says funds “may be cancelled”.

For a large balance, that gap sets how long a player has to find certified papers.

A dated tie to MyStake and DonBet

A tie, not a shared licence. MyStake and DonBet run under GTW B.V. and OGL/2024/250/0115 today. Dated records alone link them to Santeda:

  • Current payment agents: Zizobet’s footer gives Santeda International Limited and MyStake’s gives CYGTW LTD, both at Poreias, 2 3011, Limassol.
  • MyStake, 2022 and 2024: archived footers of 11 October 2022 and 27 March 2024 gave Santeda International B.V. as owner and operator.
  • DonBet, 2024: an archived footer of 24 March 2024 named that company in the same role.
  • Street address: other operators print the Zuikertuintjeweg address in Zizobet’s footer too, so it links nothing on its own.
  • Limits of the tie: past documents prove no present owner of both groups, and no joint balance or joint self-exclusion.

Where does a Zizobet complaint go?

To support first. Under clause 14.1, support handles complaints and escalates them inside the company when staff do not solve them at once.

Outside the company, each body takes a different part:

  1. Outside bodies: “any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website”, per clause 14.2.

  2. Courts: the competent courts of Curaçao hold exclusive jurisdiction, per clause 14.4.

  3. Regulator: the CGA says it “does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers”.

  4. Breach reports: possible LOK breaches go to complaints@cga.cw.

One clause weighs on every claim. Under clause 14.3, server logs and records act as “the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim”.

Curaçao’s LOK runs its own clock. In translation, article 5.3 lets a player complain to the licence holder within 6 months of an incident. The Curaçao hub covers the rest of the regulator’s route.

Who can help if gambling gets out of hand?

If you’re betting more than you meant to, or chasing money that’s gone, you don’t have to sort it out alone. Ring or WhatsApp 0808 8020 133 for GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline. GamCare’s website runs a live chat too. In Wales, NHS Wales answers on 0808 2819 265.

You can also block yourself from gambling with GAMSTOP, for anything from 6 months to 5 years. It won’t lift by itself when that time’s up, and it stays for 7 more years unless you get in touch. Licence File is written for adults aged 18 or over, and safer gambling has more.
