VeloBet withdrawal time and the checks that can slow it

3 separate clocks run on a VeloBet withdrawal, in its documents. Certified ID is due within 5 days of a request, under its refund policy. Its KYC policy gives checks a 48-hour ceiling from receipt of documents, its general terms 3 banking days per withdrawal.

An overseas licence is not permission to offer gambling in Great Britain. It does not guarantee a payout.

Same operator:

  • Zizobet
  • Rolletto
  • CosmoBet
  • Goldenbet

For VeloBet, the certificate page and the register row give different status words for one licence.

Register rows, casino pages and terms on this page were checked on , unless another date is shown.

  1. Licence claimOGL/2024/1798/1048 from the CGA, held by Santeda International B.V. (company 151296), in its footer.

  3. Register statusAssessment in progressrow 551, CGA registry, 2 October 2026 edition.
  4. Mechanism stateA CGA notice of 7 October 2026 says the availability of the current digital seal “will be affected”, with an alternative mechanism to follow “shortly”. It gives no date for that mechanism. The change “does not affect the validity of existing licenses”, it says, and further information is targeted for no later than 9 October 2026.

How long does a VeloBet withdrawal take?

No single figure. 3 written clocks can run before money moves, each in a different document, and none is a measured payout time.

Clocks, document by document

  1. Refund policy: 5 days from a request to send certified ID. Miss it, and the policy says the user’s funds “will be canceled”.

  2. KYC policy: verification takes “up to 48 hours after receiving the documentation”.

  3. General terms, section 13: every withdrawal, bank transfers included, is processed within 3 banking days. USD payouts cannot go by bank transfer.

A fourth clause sets no clock. It lets the company ask for proof of identity at any time and close the account or hold funds without it.

Effect on a withdrawal: only the 5-day clock is the player’s to meet. The other 2 are the casino’s own timings.

When a payout is split

Section 13 of the general terms, “Withdrawal and Refund Policy”, sets each of these:

  • Minimum: 10€ a withdrawal.
  • Over a method’s own limit: the sum “will be withdrawn in installments”.
  • Caps: 7,500 € weekly and 15,000 € monthly, unless promotion terms set others.
  • VIP players: they “may have different withdrawal conditions and limits”.
  • Wins over €15,000: payable in monthly instalments, each up to €15,000.
  • Bank transfers: intermediary bank charges are limited to EUR 16.

Each bet or spin has a ceiling. Free spins and bonus rounds included, that ceiling is crypto worth one hundred thousand EUR.

Effect on a withdrawal: €60,000 won could arrive as 4 monthly instalments of €15,000. The last comes in month 4. At 7,500 € a week, each instalment takes at least 2 weeks.

Which checks can hold a payout?

Documents and deposit play. Both sit in the general terms.

Documents

  • Scripts accepted: ID, payment-system and utility documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic.
  • Other scripts: the company may “demand video verification”.
  • Bonus winnings: caps apply to deposit-bonus and no-deposit winnings. Anything above them is forfeited.

Play-through before a payout

3 deposit rules sit in the same copy, none ranked above another:

  • Section 12, paragraph 4: deposits need “a minimum 1x wagering prior to being withdrawn”.
  • Paragraph 5: “a minimum 1x wagering requirement with a coefficient of 1.3”.
  • Section 13, paragraph 14: the company may deduct 20% of a withdrawal when deposits were not wagered 1x.

Short play costs too. If bets since the last deposit total less than 3 times that deposit, the company may charge deposit and withdrawal processing costs.

Effect on a withdrawal: €100 requested before the deposit was wagered 1x could lose €20. That leaves €80 to pay out.

Who operates VeloBet, and under which licence?

Santeda International B.V. Its company number, 151296, appears beside it in the footer and on the certificate page.

Certificate page and registry row

The seal opens that certificate page. A registry row exists too, and the 2 disagree:

  • Certificate page: grant date 14 August 2024, current status “Active”.
  • Registry row 551, latest edition on file: Assessment in progress. Its date columns show 24-Jun-25, then 24-Dec-25.
  • Earlier editions: the one of 15 October 2025 already lists the licence for Santeda. Every edition held from February 2026 shows Assessment in progress.
  • Across that edition: 283 of 666 rows carry the same status.

A certificate page must display the exact domain, the licensed operator and the licence status, under the CGA’s certification policy. This one names Velobet.com. On its register page, the CGA adds a caveat: the overviews “do not guarantee the current validity of the licenses”.

5 copies, oldest first:

  1. Santeda as owner and operator, under “gaming license No. 1668/JAZ issued to Curaçao eGaming”.

  2. The last archived copy citing 1668/JAZ.

  3. “Santeda International B.V. is pending application by the GCB”.

  4. OGL/2024/1798/1048, a licence credited to Curaçao’s Gaming Control Board.

  5. The same number, with the regulator named as the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA).

1668/JAZ is the footer’s own wording. The regulator’s 2 names trace to a law. Under the LOK, the CGA says, the Gaming Control Board is referred to as the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

Which casinos share the same operator and licence?

At least 4 besides VeloBet. Each one’s own footer and CGA certificate page give Santeda’s name and licence number. A partner site counts here only on that shared operator and licence, never on a look-alike design or offer.

Identity deadlines across the licence

Across the 4 refund policies, certified ID has 2 different deadlines:

  • 5 days: VeloBet, Rolletto and CosmoBet.
  • 28 days: Zizobet.

Zizobet

  • VIP limits: up to 15,000 € a week and 30,000 € a month, under clause 12.13.
  • Review: Zizobet’s file.

Rolletto

CosmoBet

  • Complaint window: 2 months from the issue, under its general terms.
  • Review: CosmoBet’s file.

A dated tie to GTW B.V.

MyStake and DonBet now name GTW B.V., licence OGL/2024/250/0115, as operator. Older records differ. They connect both brands to Santeda.

  • Archived footers: Santeda appears as owner and operator in MyStake copies of 11 October 2022 and of 27 March 2024. A DonBet copy of 24 March 2024 says the same.
  • Payment agents in 2026: Santeda International Limited and CYGTW LTD give the same Limassol address, Poreias, 2 3011.
  • Limits of the tie: a shared operator in the past says nothing about a common owner today. Nor does it link balances or self-exclusion.

Are dormant accounts charged a fee?

Yes. A monthly fee can start once an account has been dormant for 60 days, meaning no login or logout.

  • Monthly fee: 20% of the “Initial Dormant Balance”, the balance on the day inactivity was determined.
  • Later months: still 20% of that first figure, regardless of later reductions.
  • When it stops: at a zero balance, or on a login or other account activity.
  • Small balances: below 10 in any currency, the whole remainder can go as a final fee.
  • Termination: deposits sent back when an account is terminated can carry a 20% administrative fee.

Effect on a withdrawal: €200 left idle drops to €160, €120, €80 and €40, one fee a month. The fifth fee takes it to €0.

Where can a dispute be taken?

To VeloBet’s management first. Its dispute resolution page sends a player to outside bodies only after that.

  1. Casino management: the first level for any dispute.

  2. Next step on that page: “any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website”.

  3. Courts: a player bringing proceedings “must do so in competent court in Curacao”.

Effect on a withdrawal: not a CGA matter. A stuck payout is a single player’s complaint, and the CGA’s page says it “does not handle individual complaints”.

What a seal can prove is in the licence seal guide. To repeat this check, follow how to check a Curaçao licence. Regulator background sits on the Curaçao page, and dating rules on the method page.

What help is there when gambling stops being fun?

Waiting on a payout can make it tempting to play the balance back down. If that’s where you are, stop and talk to someone. GamCare answers on 0808 8020 133, the National Gambling Helpline. You don’t need a crisis to call.

Signing up with GAMSTOP blocks the gambling sites that belong to the scheme. It’s easier to set up on a calm day. Licence File is for readers aged 18 or over. There’s further support on the safer gambling page.

VeloBet FAQ: questions on file

Is VeloBet legit?

Its footer, certificate page and registry row all name one company and one licence. Status differs. The certificate page says Active, the registry row Assessment in progress.

What does Assessment in progress mean here?

A CGA registry status. VeloBet’s footer licence had it in the latest edition on file. 283 of that edition’s 666 rows did too.

Is VeloBet the same company as Rolletto?

Both name Santeda as operator under one licence. Their footers and certificate pages agree. A shared licensee proves no shared account, balance or self-exclusion.
