DonBet review, where server logs settle any claim
DonBet’s terms let its own server logs decide any dispute. Withdrawals start at €20 and are capped at €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month. Promotion terms or a higher VIP level may change that cap.
An overseas licence is not permission to offer gambling in Great Britain. It does not guarantee a payout.
GTW B.V. runs DonBet under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/250/0115, per its CGA certificate page.
Register rows, casino pages and terms on this page were checked on , unless another date is shown.
Licence check, field by field
The 4 fields below come from 4 different records:
- Licence claimthe footer names GTW B.V., company number 165433, and OGL/2024/250/0115.Footer checked
- Domain matchCertificate Activea CGA certificate page for donbet.com names GTW B.V. and that licence.Checked
- Register statusAssessment in progressregistry edition, row 591.Edition , checked the same day as the certificate
- Mechanism stateA CGA notice of the same day as the certificate check above says the availability of the current digital seal “will be affected”, with an alternative mechanism to follow “shortly”. It gives no date for that mechanism. The change “does not affect the validity of existing licenses”, it says, and further information is targeted for no later than 9 October 2026.

Casinos on GTW B.V.’s licence
At least 2 casinos share the licence:
- DonBet: reviewed here.
Same operator
Both brands’ own footers and CGA certificate pages (MyStake’s footer and both certificate pages, 7 Oct 2026) name GTW B.V. as operator under OGL/2024/250/0115.
Its domain record dates from 29 December 2003.

OGL/2024/250/0115 already appears for GTW B.V. in the oldest registry edition on file.
Is DonBet legit, and who licenses it?
Licence File compared 4 records, all naming GTW B.V. and OGL/2024/250/0115. Each stays with its own source, and none overrides another.
Status, dates and cited law differ by record:
| Record | What it prints |
|---|---|
| Footer | GTW B.V., 165433, licensed by the CGA, licence issued 1 July 2024 |
| General terms | The same company and licence, under the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard, P.B. 1993, no. 63 |
| Certificate page | donbet.com, granted the same day, status Active, under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, P.B. 2024, no. 157 |
| Registry, edition of 2 October 2026 | Row 591, B2C, Assessment in progress, with date columns unlike the certificate’s grant date |
Assessment in progress is common. That edition prints it on 283 of 666 rows. It is no finding against GTW B.V.
The register page warns that its overviews “do not guarantee the current validity of the licenses”. Since 24 December 2024 the LOK has applied, and the Gaming Control Board now goes by Curaçao Gaming Authority. That reform is on the Curaçao licence hub, and the method page explains why these reviews date every record.
The seal on DonBet’s certificate page
DonBet’s certificate page carries the heading Certificate of Operation. That seal type goes “exclusively to B2C operators”.
A License Certificate Seal is different. It does not authorise player-facing sites. The licence seal guide says what a seal proves and leaves out, and the Curaçao licence check covers each step.

How does DonBet settle a disputed bet?
DonBet’s own records decide. Its terms make “the server logs and records” the “final authority” on how any claim ends.
Screens lose to servers. Where the 2 disagree, the terms add that “the result that was logged on the game server will prevail”. DonBet is also “the final decision-maker” in judging whether a player broke its terms badly enough to be suspended or barred.
Bets accepted in error
An error lets DonBet cancel every wager it touched, or re-settle them all “at the correct terms”. Section 8 covers these situations, among others:
- Wrong price: bets on a market where “an incorrect price has been displayed”.
- Positions that cannot be combined: the one at lower odds is cancelled.
- Odds on screen: “the only valid odds” are the ones in the company’s software.
- Tickets and stakes: combinations and wager amounts may be limited or barred.
In those cases DonBet may “cancel the bets, seize the winnings, claim back the paid out winnings”. Winnings credited by mistake are deducted. They stay the company’s property.
Software faults must be reported, not used. Failing that, DonBet can claim full compensation for the costs.
Pre-match bets after the start
Late pre-match bets follow their own rules:
- Market also offered live: cancelled, or kept “at the modified price at the time it was placed”.
- Market not offered live: cancelled, or kept as placed.
- Outcome already known, or a material advantage gained: those rules “may not be applied”.
- Obvious errors: bets “may be canceled and annulled”.
A winning late bet can be repriced or voided. The company alone decides.
What timing do DonBet’s terms give for withdrawals?
DonBet’s terms give bank transfer payouts 3 banking days, though USD payouts cannot go by bank transfer at all. That is a contract term. It is not a measured speed.
Holds can come first. Identity checks and breach investigations can each keep a withdrawal waiting for as much time as they take.
Fraud suspicion goes further. All payouts can then stop, with no reason given.
Caps on each payout
- Monthly cap: €15,000, with exceptions possible for higher VIP levels.
- Wins above €15,000: DonBet may pay them in monthly parts, none larger than €15,000.
- Payment system limits: sums above them go out in instalments.
- Intermediary banks: their charges are limited to the equivalent of EUR 16.
Deductions from a payout
DonBet’s terms let it keep part of a balance in these cases:
- Deposit not played once: 20% of the requested withdrawal.
- Bets below 1.30 odds: they may not count toward that play-through.
- Account closed after the listed abuses: up to 50% of the remaining deposit, as a termination fee.
- Deposits sent back on closure: an administrative fee of 20%.
- A payment account shared by several players: a 20% settlement fee.
The downside is the wording. Several are rights the company “reserves”. They are not fixed charges.
Win and bonus ceilings
Every bet has a payout ceiling. So does every spin, bonus rounds included.
The clause says it “shall be limited to and in no event shall exceed” a set sum. That sum is “100 000 ( one hundred thousand) EUR or equivalent”.
Jackpot wins sit outside it. Progressive jackpot wins are paid out whole.
Winnings from free spins and free bets stop at 100 €/$. A wagering bonus caps withdrawals at 5 times the bonus amount, a rule that welcome bonuses are exempt from.
What verification does DonBet ask for?
DonBet wants identity, address and payment papers. All must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, and its KYC policy puts identification “before any financial transaction can be made”.
- Identity: name, email, date of birth and a copy of an ID card, passport or driving licence.
- Address: a bank statement, utility bill or similar, not older than 3 months.
- Other scripts: a video check may be demanded instead.
- Ownership: withdrawals go only to a payment account the player owns.
- Record keeping: documents and transaction data stay on file for at least 10 years.
Deadlines and penalties
Under the general terms, missing proof of identity can close the account, or keep funds held “until the account is verified”. The refund policy sets a deadline of “thirty (30) days” from a request. Past that deadline, funds are cancelled and the account closed, in a decision that “is not subject to appeal”.
Fraud doubts cost money too. Under a fraud suspicion, the last deposits come back minus 20%, and a PEP finding can carry the same charge.
Which casino shares DonBet’s licence?
MyStake does, as a dated minimum. Both CGA certificate pages cite OGL/2024/250/0115 with GTW B.V. as operator, one page per brand.
Santeda, a dated tie
This tie runs through archived records. No licence is shared. Santeda International B.V. holds OGL/2024/1798/1048 today, and 5 casinos name it as operator.
The tie rests on these dated records:
- DonBet, 24 March 2024: an archived footer named Santeda International B.V., number 151296, as owner and operator.
- DonBet’s payment agent then: SANTEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, number HE406761, in Nicosia.
- MyStake, 11 October 2022 and 27 March 2024: archived footers gave Santeda that same role.
- Payment agents now: Zizobet’s payment agent, Santeda International Limited, prints the same Limassol address as DonBet’s CYGTW LTD.
- Curaçao street: both sides print Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, and so does Jokabet’s operator, so the street links nothing alone.
- Limits: today’s footers and CGA records name different licensees and licences. Old footers do not show a common owner today, nor a pooled balance or self-exclusion.
Where can a DonBet complaint be escalated?
A complaint goes first to DonBet’s support team, and if that fails, to any body “listed on the Website”. Each source sets its own clock:
- Inside DonBet: support escalates a complaint when staff cannot solve it at once.
- DonBet’s time limit: 2 months from the issue, or the complaint “may be disregarded”.
- The LOK’s time limit: 6 months from an incident, in translation. The Curaçao hub covers the rest of that route.
- Courts: a competent court in Curaçao, with the terms governed by the laws of Curaçao.
- CGA: it “does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers”. Suspected LOK breaches go to complaints@cga.cw.
- Selling a claim: barred without DonBet’s prior written approval.
Refund requests run on shorter clocks. The refund policy takes them within 14 days, stretched to 30 calendar days where another person got into the account.
Who offers help when betting takes over?
If betting’s started to take more of your time or money than you’d like, it’s worth talking to someone early. Phone or WhatsApp 0808 8020 133 and you’ll reach GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline. GamCare’s website has a live chat too, if you’d rather type.
In Wales, you can call NHS Wales on 0808 2819 265. On DonBet, you’d email support to exclude yourself for 6 months to 5 years. Leave the period out and you’ll get 6 months.
GAMSTOP is the national scheme. If you don’t ask for it to be lifted, a GAMSTOP exclusion lasts another 7 years past the minimum period. Licence File is for readers aged 18 and over, and the safer gambling page lists more support.
DonBet FAQ
What is DonBet’s minimum deposit?
It is €20, or an equivalent. Each payment method sets its own maximum.
Does DonBet charge for an inactive account?
It can. Dormancy starts after 12 consecutive months with no login. The fee is €10 a month, capped at the balance, and stops at zero or once the account is used again.
Can 2 people in one home both play at DonBet?
DonBet’s terms say no. They allow 1 account “per person, household or IP address”.
