Winbeast casino review with its operator and terms traced

Winbeast casino’s terms cap withdrawals at €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month. Processing can take up to 24 hours at the casino’s end, per the same copy.

Its footer data gives a Costa Rica company number as operator. It names no licence.

An overseas licence is not permission to offer gambling in Great Britain. It does not guarantee a payout.

For Winbeast, no register searched listed the brand or its named company.

Register rows, casino pages and terms on this page were checked on , unless another date is shown.

Seal check

  1. Licence claimnone in the footer data or home page text.
  2. Domain matchno seal or validator link, so no certificate page ties winbeast.com to a licence.

  4. Mechanism stateA CGA notice of 7 October 2026 says the availability of the current digital seal “will be affected”, with an alternative mechanism to follow “shortly”. It gives no date for that mechanism. The change “does not affect the validity of existing licenses”, it says, and further information is targeted for no later than 9 October 2026.

Which company is behind Winbeast?

A company named only by a number. Winbeast’s footer data says 3-102-891738 owns and operates the site, and that string is also its Costa Rica registration number.

Owner and operator

  • Name given: 3-102-891738.
  • Registered under: the laws of Costa Rica.
  • Address: Ofident Building, Office 3, San Pedro, Barrio Dent, San Jose, Costa Rica.
  • Company name in that role: none in the footer data.

Agent clause

The same footer sentence goes on to name “its wholly-owned subsidiary, Stonks Limited”. Stonks Limited is said to act “as an Agent on behalf of Fortaprime SRL”. A Cyprus registration number, HE 435513, comes next.

A Nicosia address ends the sentence. Neither the number nor the address is tied to one company by it. So Licence File gives them to neither.

Winplace’s terms give the same Costa Rica number and Ofident Building address for their owner and operator. Winbeast’s footer data prints no company name in that role. Licence File files both brands as a shared-number tie, not as sister casinos.

What licence does Winbeast claim, and does it check out?

None. Winbeast names no licence and no regulator.

Its home page text says only that the platform “complies with international gambling standards and is constantly monitored”. No regulator, licence number or seal sits beside those words, and the footer data holds no seal link either.

Registers searched

  • CGA online gaming registry: editions of 15 October 2025, 31 August 2026, 21 September 2026 and the newest one. 0 rows.
  • CGA enforcement register and public warnings page: 0 rows.
  • Anjouan register: 1,543 rows. None named 3-102-891738, Fortaprime or a Winbeast domain.
  • Search terms: the company number, Stonks, Fortaprime and the brand name.

A Costa Rica number does not rule a licence out. 269 Anjouan rows name their licensee that way, and none of them is 3-102-891738. The CGA registry lists licensee companies, not brands or domains, so a brand name alone finds nothing there.

What do Winbeast’s terms say about withdrawals?

Limits moved between dated copies. The date line read 9 September 2025 in the first 2 copies listed below.

Limits across dated copies

Terms copy Daily Weekly Monthly One withdrawal a day
23 November 2025 4,000 EUR or USD 8,000 30,000 in the terms
2 October 2026 5,000 EUR or USD 10,000 20,000 gone
Latest copy on file 5,000 EUR or USD 10,000 20,000 gone

The one-withdrawal line is last seen in the copy of 2 April 2026 and is gone from the table’s second copy. Daily and weekly ceilings rose. The monthly one fell from 30,000 to 20,000.

Effect on a withdrawal: €30,000 fits inside one monthly ceiling in the November 2025 copy. Under the October 2026 limits it spans 2 months.

Processing and fees

  • Processing: up to 24 hours at the casino’s end. A contract figure.
  • Bank transfers: 5 to 7 banking days. USD payouts are excluded from this method.
  • Minimum: 20 EUR or USD.
  • Large wins: above 30,000 EUR or USD, the casino may pay in monthly instalments of up to 30,000.
  • 48-hour profit cap: one hundred thousand U.S. dollars for VIP users, or the same number in local currency. Non-VIP users are capped at fifty thousand U.S. dollars. Progressive jackpot wins are excluded.
  • Unplayed deposits: processing fees may come off when no bets followed a deposit.
  • Intermediary banks: charges on a bank transfer limited to EUR 16.

Which checks can delay a Winbeast payout?

An identity check. The casino may keep a withdrawal waiting until that check is done. Documents are due within 7 days.

Document checks

  • On request: identification, proof of residence or financial statements.
  • Deadline: 7 days from the first request. Then the casino may suspend the account or deny the withdrawal.
  • Large wins: winnings above company limits within 7 days can start a verification.
  • Unreachable player: no contact by email or phone within 2 weeks of the request locks the account.

Effect on a withdrawal: missing that deadline lets the casino deny the request.

Clauses that can cost the balance

  • Inaccurate documents: account closure and forfeiture of funds.
  • Third-party payments: winnings confiscated, deposit returned to the payment account’s owner. Methods must be in the player’s own name.
  • Duplicate accounts: winnings and bonuses from that period may be reclaimed.
  • Closure at the casino’s discretion: no reason or notice owed. The balance comes back minus withdrawal charges.
  • Dormant accounts: after 90 days without activity, closure and retention of the balance.
  • Deposit play: a deposit must be played through before withdrawal. Reworded between the February and April 2026 copies. Different again by October.

Has a regulator acted against a company Winbeast names?

Yes. The Dutch regulator fined Fortaprime SRL, the company in Winbeast’s agent clause. Winbeast is not named in that decision.

  • Regulator: the Kansspelautoriteit, the gambling regulator of the Netherlands.
  • Decision: a fine of EUR 1,795,000, dated 24 February 2026.
  • Finding: games of chance offered without a licence through 8 other websites.
  • Earlier step: an order subject to penalty, dated 19 December 2024.
  • Address in the decision: the Ofident Building in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Winbeast’s footer data gives that same address for its owner and operator, the company numbered 3-102-891738. The decision prints no company number. So the match rests on the address alone.

How do you complain about Winbeast?

Start with Winbeast support. Clause 15 of its terms puts that step first.

  1. Winbeast support: send the complaint there, with dates and amounts.

  2. Next step in the terms: “independent bodies, gaming authorities, or licensing regulators listed on the website”.

  3. Bodies the site lists: none. No regulator or licence appears in its footer data or home page text.

Effect on a withdrawal: no outside body is named for a payout dispute in Winbeast’s own documents.

Seals and registers are explained in the licence seal guide and on the method page. Each register searched has its own page: Curaçao and Anjouan.
