Slotosport review and the company named in its terms
Slotosport’s documents describe one company 3 ways: registered in Costa Rica, under Comoros law and in Belize. Its terms cap withdrawals at €10,000 a month, or €5,000 once the balance is at least 10 times total deposits. Approval or denial of a request should come within 3 days.
An overseas licence is not permission to offer gambling in Great Britain. It does not guarantee a payout.
For this brand, no register searched held a row for its company or name.
Register rows, casino pages and terms on this page were checked on , unless another date is shown.

Which company is behind Slotosport?
A company named by a Costa Rica number. Its footer says 3-102-951326 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA owns and operates the site.
Where it is registered depends on the document. Each gives its own answer.
One company, 4 descriptions
| Document | Where it places the company | Also printed |
|---|---|---|
| Footer | a San José street address | registration number 3-102-951326 |
| Terms of Use, clause 1 | “Costa Rica, Jaco” | the same number as company registration |
| AML and KYC Policy | “Autonomous Island of Union of Comoros” | registered under its laws |
| Bonus Policy | Belize | company number 000044160, address “Costa Rica, Jaco” |
Each is printed beside its document. None is settled.
Clause 27.6 puts the terms under Comoros law. Both the Payment Policy and the Bonus Policy say they were last updated on 23 October 2024. The domain’s registry record begins later, on 3 March 2026.
Effect on a withdrawal: neither the footer nor the terms names a regulator for a payout dispute. Customer Service is the only stop named.
What does Slotosport’s territory clause say?
Clause 4.1.3 bars residents of each listed country, and anyone using the site from one. The United Kingdom is among those listed.
- By category: all FATF blacklisted countries.
- Open-ended: “Any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by Offshore Financial Authority”. That authority is not identified.
Comoros is on the list, yet its law governs the same terms.
Clauses tied to the list
- Clause 4.1.4: after a block over inconsistent country details, “the user forfeits any remaining funds which shall be non-refundable”.
- Clause 8.7: after a breach of clauses 3.3 and 4, withdrawals and refunds may fail. The casino says it “cannot guarantee successful processing”.
Effect on a withdrawal: an account blocked under clause 4.1.4 loses whatever balance it holds, and the clause calls that non-refundable.
How much can you withdraw in a month?
That depends on the document. Clause 8.6 of the terms says €10,000. The Payment Policy of that date sets 20,000 EUR, USD or CAD a month for winnings other than jackpots.
Limits in each document
- Terms of Use, clause 8.6: €10,000 a month. A balance at least 10 times the total deposits drops the cap to €5,000.
- Payment Policy, clause 2.6: 20,000 a month for non-jackpot winnings. Weekly and daily limits are also mentioned.
- Minimum: €30 a withdrawal. Account closure allows the full balance out.
- Per-method maximum: set by the payment method.
- Decision time: approval or denial within 3 days. A pending request can be cancelled.
- Payout method: the original card, bank account or payment method.
- Currency: a virtual-currency deposit cannot come out as fiat, and the reverse.
- Fees: “may apply”, with details on the website.
- Locked or dormant accounts: withdrawals go through Customer Service.
Effect on a withdrawal: say deposits total €500 and the balance is €6,000. That is 12 times the deposits, so clause 8.6 pays €5,000 in the first month and €1,000 in the second.
Under the Payment Policy cap, all €6,000 fits in a single month. Neither document says which limit applies.
What checks come before a payout?
Identity checks, at any amount. Every withdrawal goes through step 2 and full KYC.
Identity steps
- Payment Policy clause 2.2: a KYC procedure before funds come out.
- Terms of Use: photo ID and address confirmation. A selfie or a call may also be requested.
- KYC policy, step 2: required for a withdrawal of any amount.
- Full KYC: required for a withdrawal request of any amount.
- Deposit play-through: “Users must play through active deposited amounts” before withdrawing. AML practice is the reason given.
Effect on a withdrawal: the first payout waits for both KYC steps and any selfie or call requested. A €30 payout is no exception.
Clause 6.4 lets the casino close or suspend any account without prior notice. It says all funds come back.
What does the licence claim show when checked?
Wording, not a licence. Its footer says the site “has passed all regulatory compliance” but names no regulator. No licence number sits beside it either.
Searches behind the result
- CGA online gaming registry: the latest edition when checked. No row names 3-102-951326.
- CGA registers: 0 rows for the company number, “Sociedad de Responsabilidad” or the brand name.
- Anjouan register: no row for 3-102-951326 or the brand’s domains.
Costa Rica companies can hold Anjouan licences too: 269 of the register’s 1,543 rows name one as licensee. None of them is this company.
Where does a complaint go first?
To Customer Service, under clause 23.1. A bet dispute must reach it within 3 days of the wager being decided. The terms name no outside body after that.
Customer Service: the first contact for any concern about the terms.
Deadline: “No claims will be honoured after this period” of 3 days.
Liability: the terms disclaim any when the casino responds to a complaint.
Effect on a withdrawal: a dispute lodged on the fourth day or later falls outside clause 23.4 and is not honoured.
The licence seal guide and the method page explain how a seal or register is checked. Curaçao and Anjouan have pages too.

Questions on file
Is Slotosport legit?
Licence File searched the CGA and Anjouan registers. The brand and its company appeared in neither.
What is 000044160?
The Bonus Policy calls it the Belize company number of 3-102-951326 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA. So it is a company number, not a licence number.
