How long does Rolletto take to pay out?

3 banking days. The figure appears twice in section 12 of the general terms.

One clause covers every withdrawal, the other bank transfers. Each is a contract term, not a timed payout.

Other clauses in section 12 can stretch that wait, and some apply only to large wins or to USD payouts:

  • Identity check: the company may hold a withdrawal for the time the check needs.
  • Above a method’s limit: the amount is withdrawn in installments.
  • Wins above €15,000: the company may pay in monthly instalments of up to €15,000.
  • USD payouts: a bank transfer cannot be requested for them.

Effect on a withdrawal: any win above €15,000 can reach the player over several monthly payments. No withdrawal can go below €20.

What can hold up a Rolletto withdrawal?

Unwagered deposits come first. Deposits must be wagered in full before a withdrawal, or a 20% administrative fee may apply. An unplayed deposit can lose a fifth.

Deposit play

Further payment clauses carry costs of their own:

  • Crypto withdrawals: the payments page adds cancellation or a 10% fee when deposits were not wagered in full.
  • Short play: bets under 3 times the last deposit let the company charge transaction costs.
  • Bank charges: intermediary banks may add fees, limited to EUR 16.

Account closures that cost money

  • Doubt during verification: the account can close, with the last deposits returned minus 20%.
  • Listed fraud events: up to 50% of the remaining deposit can go as a termination fee.
  • One payment account, several players: a 20% settlement fee applies.
  • No personal account within 7 days: those deposits are seized.

Dormant balance

  • Dormant after: 60 consecutive days without a login.
  • Monthly fee: 20% of the balance on the date inactivity was determined.
  • Balance under 10: the company may take 100% as a final fee.

Which documents does Rolletto ask for?

ID, payment and utility documents. They must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, or the company may demand video verification instead. Its general terms and its refund policy then set separate deadlines for the same proof, with separate consequences.

  • General terms, section 10: proof of identity within “the maximum period of 30 days” from the request.
  • After a failure there: the company may hold the funds, winnings “may be confiscated” and deposits are returned.
  • Refund policy, clause 3: certified identification within 5 days of a request.
  • Penalty in the refund policy: “all the user funds will be canceled” after that deadline.

Effect on a withdrawal: the 5-day clause is the shorter one, and its penalty reaches every fund in the account.

Can wagering rules cap a Rolletto cash-out?

Yes. Winnings from a deposit bonus stop at 10 times the deposit that activated it, and anything above that is forfeited. For no-deposit bonuses and free spins, the withdrawal cap is 100 EUR/USD.

One bet or spin has a ceiling too. Section 12 sets it in a single sentence:

The maximum amount that We shall be obliged to pay to You in respect of any single bet or spin, including any single bonus round or free spin, shall be limited to and in no event shall exceed the amount of crypto currency equivalent to 100, 000 (one hundred thousand ) EUR or equivalent (the “ Maximum Win Limit ”).

Jackpot winnings sit outside that limit. A larger win may show in the balance in full. The company can still cut the excess and pay only the limit.

Who runs Rolletto, and is its licence current?

Santeda International B.V., per the footer. The latest registry edition on file marks its licence Assessment in progress. So does each edition held since February 2026.

  • Payment agent’s number: HE406761 in archived footers of 2023 and 2024.
  • Name in 2020: ONYXION DEVELOPMENT LIMITED carried HE406761 as payment agent.

Archived footers of 2020 and 2023 give OnyxioN B.V. and Santeda International B.V. the same company number, 151296. Nothing more about the change is on file.

Registry and certificate dates

On the registry row, the date columns read 24-Jun-25 and 24-Dec-25. Rolletto’s certificate page gives a grant date of 14 August 2024. The CGA says its register overviews do not guarantee current validity, and no rights can be derived from them.

The footer also cites the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard of 1993. Certificate pages for the same licence cite the 2024 National Ordinance on Games of Chance. The Curaçao licence hub covers that reform.

How do you complain about Rolletto?

Rolletto comes first. Its terms set that step and its time limit. The regulator’s role is narrower.

  1. Casino support: send the complaint to Rolletto within 2 months.

  2. Further step in the terms: “any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website”.

  3. Regulator: the CGA says it “does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers”.

  4. Breach reports: the CGA takes reports of possible LOK breaches at complaints@cga.cw.
