MyStake casino review with its Curaçao licence traced

MyStake’s refund policy lets the company add a 20% administrative fee to a refund. Its terms start deposits at €20. GTW B.V. runs mystake.com under licence OGL/2024/250/0115, according to the CGA certificate page for that domain.

An overseas licence is not permission to offer gambling in Great Britain. It does not guarantee a payout.

Same operator:

  • DonBet

MyStake’s footer credits its licence to Curaçao’s gaming regulator, the CGA.

Register rows, casino pages and terms on this page were checked on , unless another date is shown.

Licence fields and their records

Each of the 4 fields below rests on a record of its own:

  1. Licence claimMyStake’s footer names GTW B.V., company number 165433, and OGL/2024/250/0115.
  2. Domain matchCertificate Activethe CGA certificate page names mystake.com.
  3. Register statusAssessment in progressrow 591 of the registry edition of 2 October 2026.
  4. Mechanism stateA CGA notice of 7 October 2026 says the availability of the current digital seal “will be affected”, with an alternative mechanism to follow “shortly”. It gives no date for that mechanism. The change “does not affect the validity of existing licenses”, it says, and further information is targeted for no later than 9 October 2026.

DonBet, on GTW B.V.’s licence

Both casinos below name GTW B.V. and OGL/2024/250/0115 on their own pages:

  • MyStake: its footer and its CGA certificate page.
  • DonBet

    Same operator

Both brands’ own footers and CGA certificate pages name GTW B.V. as operator under OGL/2024/250/0115.

Its footer copy of 30 September 2026 and its CGA certificate page. DonBet’s own terms have their own review.

Licence lines in archived footers

  1. Archive copy

An archived footer cites licence 1668/JAZ, “issued to Curaçao eGaming”, in the operator’s own words.

  2. Archive copy

The last archived footer citing 1668/JAZ.

  3. Archive copy

The footer archived that day names an Anjouan licence, ALSI-072403002-F17. A search of the Anjouan register for that number found 0 rows.

  4. Archive copy

An archived footer says “pending application by the GCB”.

  5. The CGA certificate page gives this as the grant date.

  6. Register

The earliest registry edition held lists GTW B.V. with OGL/2024/250/0115.

Who holds MyStake’s licence?

GTW B.V. does. The CGA’s certificate page for mystake.com names GTW B.V. as the licensed operator, company number 165433. MyStake’s footer and the first section of its general terms carry one and the same operator line.

Their law is older. Both cite the offshore ordinance of 1993, while the certificate cites the LOK, which took effect on 24 December 2024. The Curaçao hub covers the switch.

The brand’s own wording

A third page goes further. MyStake’s self-description claims it “has passed all regulatory compliance”.

Status words in the registry

The registry’s status word is common. 283 of the 666 rows in that registry edition carry it, so the word alone does not set MyStake apart. The Curaçao licence check explains each status word, and the method page sets out how all reviews here are dated.

Does MyStake’s seal match the register?

On identity, yes. The certificate page and row 591 both give GTW B.V., company number 165433 and OGL/2024/250/0115.

Their status words and their dates differ:

  • Certificate page, on the check date above: Active, granted 1 July 2024.
  • Registry row, edition of 2 October 2026: Assessment in progress, with date columns of 24-Jun-25 and 24-Dec-25.

Neither record outranks the other. Both stand as given, each beside its own date.

Seal type and domain

The certificate page is headed Certificate of Operation. CGA policy issues that seal “exclusively to B2C operators”, and row 591 types GTW B.V. as B2C.

A certificate page must also show the exact domain being opened. MyStake’s shows mystake.com. To repeat a seal check, use the licence seal guide.

What does MyStake require before it pays out?

Identity comes first. Then MyStake wants proof that the payment account belongs to the player.

Script matters too. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic, or MyStake may demand a video check.

Documents in the KYC policy

The KYC policy sets out these document rules:

  • Personal details: name, email address and date of birth, plus a copy of a passport, ID card or driving licence.
  • Proof of residence: bank statement, utility bill or similar, issued within the last 3 months.
  • Payment account: payouts go out only once the account holder is confirmed as its owner.
  • Retention: documents and transaction data are stored electronically for 10 years or more.
  • No-deposit bonus winnings: a KYC may be requested before they leave the account.

Holds and the identity deadline

Withdrawals wait “for the time needed” during an identity check, or while a suspected breach of its terms is investigated. Fraud suspicion stops everything. All payouts can be suspended, with no reasons given to the player.

Missing papers can leave funds held “until the account is verified”, under the general terms. The refund policy instead allows “thirty (30) days” from its request. Once those 30 days pass, the policy cancels every fund in the account and closes it, with no appeal allowed.

Account rules in the general terms

The general terms add 3 rules for every account:

  • One account each: one per person, household or IP address. Winnings and bonuses from a duplicate account may be reclaimed.
  • Closure: MyStake can close an account and refund the balance minus withdrawal charges, with no “obligation to state a reason”.
  • Changes to the terms: they can change “when such need occurs”. MyStake says it will try to email players about significant changes.

What does a MyStake withdrawal cost?

Mostly 20%. Each such deduction in MyStake’s terms is tied to a named case. One clause goes up to 50%.

Refund conditions

Refunds come with conditions. A request must come within 14 days of the transaction, or 30 calendar days where someone else got into the account. Played deposits and bonuses get no refund.

Fees come in 2 kinds. Besides the 20% fee, “any and all fees accrued during the processing of the refund” can be charged to the player.

Deductions and fees in the terms

  • Withdrawal before 1x play: 20% of the amount requested.
  • Identity doubts during verification: the last deposits come back minus 20%.
  • Fraud suspicion: the same deduction, here called a transaction fee.
  • PEP finding: an administrative fee of 20% on deposits sent back.
  • Termination: 20% of any deposits transferred back to the player.
  • Listed abuses: a termination fee of up to 50% of the “remaining deposit”.
  • Shared payment account: a 20% settlement fee, and deposits seized if no own account is named within 7 days.
  • Intermediary banks: in exceptional cases, charges up to the equivalent of EUR 16.
  • Dormancy: €10 a month after 12 months without a login, or the balance if smaller. It stops at a zero balance or on reactivation.

The drawback is discretion. MyStake “reserves the right” to most of these, so a player cannot know in advance which will apply.

Timing and payout ceilings

MyStake’s terms give Bank and Crypto Transfer payouts 3 banking days, a contract figure that no test here has timed. USD payouts cannot go by bank transfer.

  • Weekly and monthly: €7,500 and €15,000, unless a promotion’s own terms say otherwise. Higher VIP levels may get exceptions at MyStake’s discretion.
  • Rolling windows: the FAQ counts a week as 7 days and a month as 30 days from a successful withdrawal.
  • Wins above €15,000: MyStake may pay them in monthly parts of €15,000 at most.

Payouts on a single bet or spin “shall be limited to and in no event shall exceed” a fixed sum. It is “100 000 (one hundred thousand) EUR or equivalent”, bonus rounds and free spins included.

A larger win may still be credited, and MyStake may then cut the excess and pay only the limit. Jackpots are treated apart. Their winnings sit outside the limit, and a progressive jackpot win is paid in full.

How do MyStake’s wagering terms limit withdrawals?

A deposit needs one full play-through before it leaves the account, or the withdrawal “may be cancelled”. Bonus rules add more conditions to a cash-out:

  • Low odds: bets below 1.30 may not count as wagered, at MyStake’s discretion.
  • Unfinished bonus: winnings are confiscated when the bonus is not realised or already cancelled.
  • Games outside the bonus rules: their winnings are confiscated too.
  • Balance below 1: the bonus cancels itself, unless a sports bet is open.
  • Free spins and free bets: winnings capped at 100 €/$.
  • Disposable email addresses: no free spins without deposit, and winnings from any such spins are confiscated.

Advantage play

Some play is banned outright. With a bonus active, that covers play giving “a clearly unfair advantage”.

Delaying rounds until no wagering remains is one listed example. With “zero tolerance to advantage play”, MyStake may void bonuses along with the winnings they produced.

Is DonBet a MyStake sister site?

Yes. DonBet’s footer and the certificate page the CGA holds for donbet.com match MyStake’s records on company and licence number.

Where the terms copies differ

The 2 brands’ terms copies still differ on these points:

  • Minimum withdrawal: DonBet sets €20 in its copy of 1 October 2026. MyStake’s copy leaves both ends to the payment method.
  • Processing: DonBet’s 3 banking days name bank transfers only. MyStake’s name “Bank/Crypto Transfer” payouts.

Santeda International B.V., an archived tie

This tie rests on MyStake’s own archived footers, each naming an operator with a date:

  • 24 November 2020: owner and operator OnyxioN B.V., number 151296.
  • 3 January 2022: OnyxioN B.V. again.
  • 11 October 2022: a footer naming Santeda International B.V., with number 151296.
  • 4 March to 17 June 2024: Santeda International B.V. in every archived footer, across the licence lines above.
  • One number, 2 names: the footers repeat 151296 under both names without saying why.
  • DonBet’s footer of 24 March 2024: Santeda International B.V. as owner and operator, in an archived copy.
  • Rolletto’s footer of 4 June 2020: OnyxioN B.V. in that role, also in an archived copy.
  • Payment agents now: CYGTW LTD for MyStake and Santeda International Limited for Zizobet print one Limassol address, Poreias, 2 3011.
  • Santeda today: licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, cited by 5 casinos.
  • Limits: the current footers and CGA records share neither a licensee nor a licence. No document shows a common owner today, a joint balance or a joint self-exclusion.

How do you raise a complaint against MyStake?

Support comes first. MyStake takes complaints there by live chat or email. Support escalates a complaint inside the company when staff cannot solve it at once.

Time limits for a complaint

MyStake’s terms and the LOK set different clocks, and neither is ranked here:

  • MyStake’s terms: a complaint raised more than 2 months after the issue “may be disregarded”.
  • The LOK: 6 months from an incident under article 5.3, in translation. Its other complaint steps are on the Curaçao licence hub.

Other steps in the terms

The rest of the process sits in MyStake’s terms:

  • Next step: “any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website”.
  • Evidence: the terms name “the server logs and records” as the “final authority” in any claim.
  • Courts: proceedings belong in a competent court in Curaçao, and Curaçao law governs the terms.
  • Claims: they cannot be sold or transferred without MyStake’s prior written approval.

The CGA says it “does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers”. Disputes are outside its mandate.

When should you ask for help with gambling?

Sooner than you’d think. If gambling’s eating into money or time you’d meant for other things, that’s a good moment to reach out. Call or WhatsApp 0808 8020 133 for GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline. You can use live chat on GamCare’s website too.

NHS Wales has a helpline for people in Wales on 0808 2819 265. At MyStake, you’d ask support for a time-out, and reopening early needs a written request. For a longer block, you’d email support and pick 6 months to 5 years. Name no period and you’ll get 6 months.

MyStake’s responsible gaming page lists account limits as well. GAMSTOP is the national self-exclusion scheme. Unless you ask for removal, its exclusion stays for a further 7 years after the minimum period. Licence File’s readers must be 18 or over. You’ll find more support on the safer gambling page.
