Licence File

Cookies on this site

None are set. Licence File writes no cookies, and nothing goes into a browser’s local storage or session storage while a page is open.

What does Licence File store in a browser?

Nothing at all. Fonts, styles, scripts and images all load from Licence File’s own server. No page calls an outside service, so no third-party script ever gets the chance to set a cookie of its own.

Tracking code

Each of these is absent from every page:

  • Analytics: none runs on any page.
  • Adverts: none are served.
  • Tracking tags: none are loaded.
  • Outside fonts: none are fetched, since every font file is served from the same server.

None appears. With nothing stored, there is nothing to agree to.

What does a browser keep by itself?

Only what browsers keep anyway, under each browser’s own control:

Cache

  • What it holds: copies of files from pages already opened.
  • How to clear it: from the browser’s own settings.

Secure-connection rule

  • What it does: the server tells browsers to use secure connections only, for a set period.
  • What it stores: only the site’s name, with no detail about the reader.

Before any cookie appeared, this page would change, and the change would follow these rules:

  • Announcement: any cookie or similar tool needing consent is named here before it goes live.
  • Default: it stays off until a reader agrees to it.
  • Date: this page’s updated date moves with the change.

Requests still pass through Cloudflare and reach the server’s logs. Those logs stay on file for 14 days. The privacy notice explains both, including who sees a request on its way and why the logs exist.
