CosmoBet review, from its footer licences to the CGA

CosmoBet’s footers made 3 licensing statements in 2024, and its footer now cites a CGA licence. Its general terms give payouts 3 banking days for processing, from a €20 minimum.

Its refund policy requires certified ID within 5 days of a request, and the general terms within 30.

An overseas licence is not permission to offer gambling in Great Britain. It does not guarantee a payout.

Same operator:

  • Zizobet
  • Rolletto
  • VeloBet
  • Goldenbet

Its footer points to Curaçao.

Register rows, casino pages and terms on this page were checked on , unless another date is shown.

Seal check in 4 fields

Each field below cites its own source:

  1. Licence claimCosmoBet’s footer names Santeda International B.V. and OGL/2024/1798/1048.
  2. Domain matchCertificate Activea CGA certificate page for Cosmobet.com shows that company and licence.
  3. Register statusAssessment in progressregistry edition.Edition
  4. Mechanism stateA CGA notice of 7 October 2026 says the availability of the current digital seal “will be affected”, with an alternative mechanism to follow “shortly”. It gives no date for that mechanism. The change “does not affect the validity of existing licenses”, it says, and further information is targeted for no later than 9 October 2026.

Each line below comes from a dated copy of CosmoBet’s own footer:

  1. Archive copy

Licence 1668/JAZ, credited to Curaçao eGaming.

  2. Archive copy

    1668/JAZ last seen.

  3. Archive copy

    Anjouan licence ALSI-072403002-F17.

  4. Archive copy

An application “pending” with the GCB, and no licence number.

Casinos on the same licence

At least 5 casinos name Santeda in their footers and certificate pages. Lines link to the sisters that have reviews here:

The brands’ own footers and CGA certificate pages (Rolletto’s certificate copy of 1 October 2026) name Santeda International B.V. as operator under OGL/2024/1798/1048.

  • Zizobet

    Same operator

Run by Santeda on that licence. Its refund policy allows 28 days for certified ID, not 5. Zizobet review.

  • Rolletto

    Same operator

Same company, same licence. Its archived footer of 29 March 2024 cited the same Anjouan number. Rolletto review.

  • VeloBet

    Same operator

Santeda on its footer and certificate page. A footer of 23 June 2024 carried the same “pending application” sentence. VeloBet review.

  • Goldenbet

    Same operator

The same company and licence on its certificate page. Its domain was registered on 11 March 2003.

2 licence numbers, a pending application, then a CGA licence. All 4 statements come from CosmoBet’s own footer.

1668/JAZ, early 2024

CosmoBet’s footer of 22 January 2024 cited licence 1668/JAZ “issued to Curaçao eGaming”, in the operator’s own wording. 1668/JAZ last appears on 21 February 2024.

Anjouan, April 2024

On 1 April 2024 the footer cited Anjouan licence ALSI-072403002-F17. It named the issuer as “the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros”. A search of the Anjouan register returned 0 rows, both for ALSI-072403002 and for Santeda.

Pending, June 2024

A single licensing sentence fills the copy of 30 June 2024: “Santeda International B.V. is pending application by the GCB”. GCB means the Gaming Control Board. Under the LOK, Curaçao’s gaming law since 24 December 2024, that body is called the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

The CGA licence, 2025 and 2026

OGL/2024/1798/1048 is already listed for Santeda in the earliest registry edition on file, of 15 October 2025. Every later edition on file gives the status Assessment in progress, and the Curaçao licence hub covers the wider reform.

What does CosmoBet’s certificate identify?

Domain, operator and licence. A CGA page certifies Cosmobet.com, naming Santeda International B.V. as its operator.

Footer, certificate page and registry:

Record What it gives
Footer Santeda International B.V., 151296, OGL/2024/1798/1048, under the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard, P.B. 1993, no. 63
Certificate page Cosmobet.com, the same company and licence, granted 14 August 2024, status Active, under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, P.B. 2024, no. 157
Registry, edition of 2 October 2026 Row 551, the same company and licence, Assessment in progress, dated 24-Jun-25 and 24-Dec-25

Status, dates and ordinance differ. Each stays with its source.

Other licences split the same way. According to the CGA, the overviews on its register page “do not guarantee the current validity of the licenses”. The method page explains why these 3 records stay separate and dated, never merged into one finding.

Certificate of Operation

That is the page’s heading. CGA policy issues this seal “exclusively to B2C operators”, for sites “that operate under an approved and registered domain”.

Another type, the License Certificate Seal, “does not authorize the operation of player-facing websites”. Its registry row says B2C.

The seal after the CGA notice

CosmoBet’s certificate page still said Active. Repeat these checks with the Curaçao licence check, and read the licence seal guide for what a seal proves.

Which company runs CosmoBet?

Santeda International B.V. runs it. The same company number, 151296, appears in every footer copy on file, in the 2024 archive and the 2026 copy alike. Copies from 2024 say “owned and operated”, while the 2026 copy says CosmoBet “is operated by” that company.

Addresses and Cyprus companies

Companies and addresses in the footer copies on file:

  • January 2024: an EU-EEA representative, SANTEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, number HE406761, in Larnaca.
  • February 2024: the same name and number, now in Nicosia.
  • April and June 2024: an operator address in Willemstad, Curaçao.
  • October 2026: Santeda International Limited of Limassol, payment agent of “the license holder and parent company”.

Domain record

Registered on 12 January 2023, cosmobet.com runs to 12 January 2027, with a last change to the record on 2 June 2024. The first archived home page followed on 1 February 2023.

Where complaints go

Support comes first. Staff escalate what they cannot settle at once.

Each source sets its own part of the process:

  • Time limit in the terms: within 2 months of the issue, or the complaint “may be disregarded”.
  • Curaçao law: LOK article 5.3 allows 6 months, in translation, and the Curaçao hub covers that route.
  • Independent bodies: “any independent body, gaming authority, or licensing regulator listed on the Website”.
  • Legal proceedings: “a competent court in Curaçao”, with the terms governed by the laws of Curaçao.
  • CGA: it “does not handle individual complaints against gaming providers”. Possible LOK breaches can be reported to complaints@cga.cw.

Records settle disputes. In any dispute, “the server logs and records shall act as the final authority”.

What does CosmoBet ask before a first withdrawal?

Identity papers and fully played deposits. Conditions appear in 2 documents, the refund policy and the general terms:

  • Documents: ID, payment and utility papers in Latin or Cyrillic script, or a video check on demand.
  • General terms deadline: proof of identity within “the maximum period of 30 days” from a request.
  • Refund policy deadline: certified documents within 5 days of a request.
  • Deposit play-through: at least 1x, with every deposit “wagered completely” before a withdrawal.
  • Own accounts only: winnings are confiscated after a third-party payment, and the deposit goes back to the payment account’s owner.
  • Same method: payouts return by the deposit method, unless another is approved case by case.

Penalties for missing papers

Penalties differ as well. Under the general terms, the account can be closed or funds held, “winnings may be confiscated”, and deposits go back.

In the refund policy, “all user funds may be cancelled and the account may be closed”. No appeal is allowed.

How long do CosmoBet payouts take?

3 banking days. That withdrawal time is a contract term, and it appears twice in section 12, once for payouts and once for withdrawals.

USD payouts cannot go by bank transfer. Holds may come first. A withdrawal can wait as long as an identity check needs, or while a suspected breach of terms is investigated.

Caps and charges

CosmoBet’s general terms set these limits:

  • Minimum: €20, with the maximum set by the payment method.
  • Ceilings: €7,500 per week, €15,000 per month.
  • VIP players: “different withdrawal conditions and limits”, adjustable at the company’s sole discretion.
  • Wins over €15,000: may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €15,000.
  • Light play: if bets since the last deposit total under 3 times that deposit, processing costs may be charged.
  • Bank charges: intermediary-bank fees, limited to the equivalent of EUR 16.

The 100,000 EUR limit

One sum caps any single bet or spin. Payment “shall be limited to and in no event shall exceed the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) EUR or equivalent”.

Jackpot wins are excluded. The excess can be cut.

What do CosmoBet’s sportsbook rules change?

Settlement and free bets. Sports, Live, E-sports and Virtual sport sit beside the casino on the home page.

Section 8 of the general terms covers bet settlement:

  • Odds before acceptance: may be changed, suspended or cancelled “at its sole discretion”.
  • Ticket limits: combinations and stake amounts may be limited or barred.
  • Late pre-match bets: if the market is also offered live, the bet may be voided or kept “at the modified price”.
  • Markets not offered live: a late bet may be voided or kept as placed.
  • Price errors: a wrong price lets the company “cancel the bets, seize the winnings, claim back the paid out winnings”.
  • Incompatible positions: “the position with lower odds will be canceled”.

Bonus caps on sports winnings

Clause 7.9 caps cash-outs from a sports free bet at the free-bet amount “multiplied by 15”. Free-bet winnings stop at 100 EUR/USD under clause 7.5, in the same terms copy.

Deposit bonuses have a ceiling too. Their winnings max out at 10 times the qualifying deposit. Any excess “will be forfeited”.

Which casinos are CosmoBet’s real sisters?

At least these 4: Rolletto, Zizobet, VeloBet and Goldenbet. Their own footers and certificate pages name Santeda and the same licence, Rolletto’s certificate in a copy of 1 October 2026.

Dormant-account fees

Dormancy clauses differ casino by casino:

  • CosmoBet: after 365 days without a login, 5% of the balance a month, capped at €20.
  • Rolletto: after 60 days, 20% of the balance a month.
  • VeloBet: after 60 days, 20% a month, charged until the balance reaches zero.

A percentage fee has a downside. It grows with the balance. CosmoBet’s cap holds its fee at €20 a month whatever the sum, while 20% at Rolletto and VeloBet keeps scaling.

MyStake and DonBet, a dated tie

This is a tie. MyStake and DonBet name GTW B.V. and OGL/2024/250/0115 in their footers today, so no licence is shared with CosmoBet. Older footers tie them to Santeda:

  • MyStake, 11 October 2022: an archived footer gave Santeda International B.V. as owner and operator.
  • MyStake, 27 March 2024: Santeda in that role again, citing Anjouan licence ALSI-072403002-F17.
  • DonBet, 24 March 2024: Santeda International B.V. as owner and operator.
  • Current payment agents: CosmoBet’s names Santeda International Limited and MyStake’s CYGTW LTD, both at Poreias, 2 3011, Limassol.
  • Limits: a role printed in old footers proves nothing about ownership today, or about any joint balance or self-exclusion.

What help is there if gambling starts to hurt?

If you’ve lost track of what you’re spending, or you’re betting to win back losses, talk to someone who’s heard it before. The National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133, and you can phone or WhatsApp it. GamCare’s behind that line, and its website offers live chat as well.

In Wales, you can ring NHS Wales on 0808 2819 265. GAMSTOP lets you exclude yourself from gambling for anything from 6 months to 5 years. When that ends, it doesn’t switch off: it runs 7 more years unless you contact GAMSTOP.
