Betportal reviews set against its seal and its terms

Betportal’s footer seal named Excite Ultra Media Ltd, with Anjouan licence ALSI-202601040-FI2, as VALID. Its own terms print “[licence number]” where that number belongs. Withdrawals: 24 to 48 hours after verification, and clause 7.2 caps them by Loyalty Level, at €500 a day for Starter.

An overseas licence is not permission to offer gambling in Great Britain. It does not guarantee a payout.

Same licence row:

Betportal’s seal page lists the United Kingdom among territories the licence does not extend to.

Register rows, casino pages and terms on this page were checked on , unless another date is shown.

Sister on file

Sisters on file: at least 1. That one is musbet.com, at medium confidence, and a single register row is the only record that connects them.

Basis: the register row names Excite Ultra Media Ltd and lists both domains. Its licence matches Betportal’s seal page. The register itself warns that inclusion of a domain “confirms only that the domain has been notified to the Authority”.

Its privacy policy names the United Kingdom among places whose residents “are not eligible to register or play”. That list is the brand’s own.

What do Betportal players report?

Betportal’s Trustpilot profile, read 8 October 2026, showed 95 reviews from the last 12 months and a 3.4 score labelled “Average”. 5-star reviews made up 52%, and 1-star 36%.

The profile is claimed. It shows replies to 94% of negative reviews. Trustpilot adds a caution: the company has sent no recent review invitations, so the mix may not represent its customers.

The themes below come from the 20 most recent reviews shown that day, not all 95. Sorting them is Licence File’s own reading. A theme needs at least 3 separate reviews, and one review can count under 2.

Recurring praise

  • Games: 10 of the 20 praise the games or the choice of them.
  • Service: 3 praise the service or the customer service.

Complaints and the clauses

Each complaint sits beside its clause. The clause explains the rule. It does not decide who is right.

  • Withdrawals delayed, declined or unpaid: 4 of the 20. Clause 7.6 processes a withdrawal within 24 to 48 hours of verification. A risk review can add up to 14 business days, under clause 2.4.6.
  • Deposits missing from the balance: 3 of the 20. Clause 6.8 asks players to contact support within 14 days of a disputed charge, before any chargeback. The refund policy hears a request only within 14 days of the transaction, and allows an administrative fee of up to 20%.
  • Support slow or unhelpful: 5 of the 20. Under clause 14, a complaint is acknowledged within one working day, with 30 calendar days to resolve it internally.

Is Betportal legit, and who runs it?

Excite Ultra Media Ltd runs it. No record prints “legit”. 3 more records name the same company, and the home page adds a claim of its own.

  • About page: the same company and number, incorporated in Anjouan.
  • Terms clause 1.6: the company that operates the website.
  • Register row: holder of ALSI-202601040-FI2.
  • Home page banner: “LICENSED & REGULATED PLATFORM”, with no regulator named on that line.

Each line carries one record and one check date, and the Licence File method explains how those checks run. Nothing here is a rating.

Which licence does Betportal’s seal show?

ALSI-202601040-FI2. The seal page prints it beside the licensee’s name and “Operating status: VALID”.

Licensing body, 3 wordings

Each source names the body in its own way:

  • Footer: “the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros”.
  • Seal page: “the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan”.
  • Terms clause 1.6: Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., then “[licence number]” in place of a number.

Anjouan’s gaming authority names the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority as its competent regulator. It calls Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. “the sole authorised administrator and official representative of the Gaming Board”.

Register entry

The register row shows these values:

  • Row: Excite Ultra Media Ltd, type b2c, 2 domains.
  • Copy of 3 October 2026: identical.
  • Status column: “valid” on all 1,543 rows.
  • Past expiry: 339 of those rows, still “valid”.

Betportal’s row sits inside its printed dates. Not every row does. A “valid” label alone cannot separate a current row from one past its expiry, as the Anjouan licence hub sets out.

Steps for a seal check

  1. Click the seal in the casino’s own footer.

  2. Confirm the page shows betportal.com, the company and the licence number.

  3. Search the Anjouan register for ALSI-202601040-FI2.

  4. Reload the casino page if the validator calls the link expired.

An expired notice that survives a reload is, in the validator’s words, “an indication of possible misuse or attempted fraud”. A lookup by domain alone is no test. One printed INVALID for betportal.com, a domain whose register row shows valid.

Only the link built by the seal on the casino’s own page carries the seal id and stamp the validator needs. The licence seal guide covers each case.

What limits apply to a Betportal withdrawal?

Any one bet or spin pays €100,000 at most, the “Maximum Win Limit”, and jackpots sit outside it.

Its terms set these request rules:

  • Per method: one pending withdrawal, and for some methods one request in 24 hours.
  • Per account: one pending request, open to processing, structuring or scheduling at the operator’s discretion.
  • Large wins: structured payouts above a threshold the operator sets.
  • After that threshold: further withdrawals may wait until the next cycle starts.

Loyalty Level caps

Clause 7.2 ties caps to a Loyalty Level:

  • Starter: €500 a day and €7,000 a month.
  • Legend: €3,000 a day and €25,000 a month.
  • VIP: “Subject to individual approval”.
  • Level set by: the operator alone.
  • Changes: upgrade, downgrade or removal at any time.
  • Periods: calendar day and calendar month.

Effect on a withdrawal: at Starter level, €7,000 takes at least 14 days to withdraw. More waits for the next calendar month. The operator picks the level.

Bonus clauses

Clauses 7.7 and 7.19 add:

  • Active bonus: no withdrawal request.
  • Cancelled bonus: bonus winnings and all real-money winnings voided.
  • Bonus winnings: withdrawable up to 5 times the amount won from the bonus funds.
  • Above that: forfeited on a withdrawal request.

Between checks

In the copy of 6 October 2026 that limits clause was numbered 7.20, and a day later the same clause was 7.2. The table did not change.

A “Cashback Formula” line arrived in the later copy, under a heading that still reads “Last Updated: June 2026”. Nothing dates the change.

What does Betportal check before paying out?

Documents first, under clause 7.1. A one-time code can follow.

  • Cards: pictures of both sides.
  • Bank: a bank statement.
  • Identity: an ID copy, plus a selfie holding a paper marked “Betportal”.
  • Address: proof of address.
  • Code check: by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • Failed code check: the site may “cancel all winnings and close the account”.

Its KYC policy lists the stages at which verification may be requested, and a first withdrawal comes first. Thresholds, account changes, reviews and suspicious activity follow. A rule breach lets the administration void winnings, forfeit the balance, cancel bets or close the account at its discretion.

Timing in the terms

  • Clause 7.6: processing in 24 to 48 hours, once verification succeeds.
  • Clause 7.2.2: within 3 business days, counted from the request or from the last paid withdrawal.
  • Clause 2.4.6: a Risk Department delay of up to 14 business days.

These are contract terms, not timed payouts. Effect on a withdrawal: one risk review can add up to 14 business days.

Payout route

Back to the deposit method. Clause 7.8 sends it through the Cashier, and the FAQ allows only verified methods in the player’s own name.

  • Third-party deposits: not allowed, and winnings “will be forfeited” when found.
  • Limits per method: set by the operator under clause 7.18.
  • Account closure: the “Available to withdrawal” balance, minus “relevant withdrawal charges”.

Where can a Betportal dispute go?

Support first. Its terms then describe an ADR body.

Anjouan’s complaint policy puts players in excluded territories outside its review, and the United Kingdom is one of them. No step below is promised to a reader there.

Clause 14 and the dispute tab set these steps:

  1. Complaint: send it to support@betportal.com. It acknowledges within one working day.

  2. Internal period: 30 calendar days to resolve it.

  3. Escalation in the terms: ADR “through the body designated or approved by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc.”, at the operator’s cost.

  4. Dispute tab: “approved mediation services”, with no body named.

Anjouan’s authority says it “does not handle, mediate, or adjudicate player complaints”.

Where do you start if you want gambling help?

If you’re spending more on gambling than you’d like, you don’t have to deal with it alone. The National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133, by phone or WhatsApp. It’s run by GamCare, which has live chat too. For Wales, there’s also the NHS Wales line, 0808 2819 265.

GAMSTOP lets you block yourself from gambling for 6 months up to 5 years. Once that time’s up, the block doesn’t simply lift. Unless you contact GAMSTOP, it carries on for 7 more years.

You’ll find further help on the safer gambling page. Licence File writes for people aged 18 and over.

Betportal FAQ

Is Betportal legit?

Its footer, seal page and register row all gave the same licence number, ALSI-202601040-FI2. Licence File records checks like that one and gives no yes-or-no grade.

How long does a Betportal withdrawal take?

24 to 48 hours. That count starts at verification, and the FAQ adds 1 to 5 business days for some payouts to arrive.

Is Betportal on the Curaçao register?

Searching the Curaçao Gaming Authority registry edition of 2 October 2026 for Betportal, the company and both numbers returned 0 rows. Its licence row is on the Anjouan register.

What happens to an inactive Betportal account?

Inactive means more than 6 consecutive months without a connection. 15 days after a notice, with no withdrawal, the operator may close the account and deduct the balance.

What is musbet.com’s link to Betportal?

It sits on Betportal’s licence row. Its holder notifies the domains on that row, and a listing does not confirm ownership of the domain, the register says.
